Biography

Delve Engineering and Consulting is a consulting civil engineering and construction management firm located in Santa Cruz, California. Owner Robert Schneider’s goal is to provide direct, cost effective services to clients resulting in their satisfaction. It’s not about asymptotic analysis but about problem solving and solutions that advance the project.

Mr. Schneider has a wealth of experience helping clients for over 30 years working for consulting engineering firms, real estate development firms and construction management firms. Schooled with a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, he challenges himself to keep abreast of the changing regulatory and contracting landscape to meet his client’s goals and objectives. The intersection of intellectual curiosity, tempered expertise an,d experience drives him towards client satisfaction. Given that he has worked all over California and abroad has allowed him to quickly understand the importance of grasping the physical, jurisdictional, and regulatory environments for each project.
